Notes for endonuclease:

EDTA, urea, SDS, and guanidine hydrochloride can inhibit or inactivate the enzyme.

Repeated freeze-thaw cycles affect the enzymatic activity. Small aliquots are recommended for storage; do not store at -80°C.

For high-salt, acidic, or basic solutions, or those with high concentrations of detergents or denaturants, increase enzyme dosage or extend incubation time to maximize enzyme activity.
